This is very much a rough WIP. I'm going to use this mainly to document a timeline for Everett as he goes through his journey. If I feel like making a legit plotter later on, then I'll edit it in. For now, though, enjoy the history of Everett Mercer!
Fresh Off the Boat: Everett lands in Stellara, and takes his first steps as a Pokemon Trainer. A young woman named Squall challenges him to a battle.
Strength in Numbers: Everett and Caesar find themselves in the mountains, where they get caught in a battle between a Rufflet and Houndour. Everett ends up befriending the showy bird and names him Mango, adding him to the team.
Putting Down Roots: Everett reaches Shaula Town and immediately decides he wants to make a home there. While exploring the town, he comes across a wild Heracross, which he captures and names Bolin.
Enter Stage Right: Everett has to travel to Cygni City in order to get a permit to build a house in Shaula Town. While there, he meets a fellow Trainer named Edwin Armadale, and the two get to know each other. Meanwhile, a Mimikyu appears and accidentally harms Caesar, but Everett manages to befriend him and add him to the team, naming him Faust.
Lakefront Rivalry: Everett hikes up to Polaris Lake for a fun camping/training getaway while his house is being built. He meets another Trainer named Vincent Valentine, and the two discuss strategy and have a quick battle. Faust proves to be a worthy member of the team, earning his first victory.
Making Rivals: On the way to a popular training spot, Everett is accosted by a young Ace Trainer named Mikey, who won't allow him to decline a battle challenge. The two have a spirited battle, and Everett ends up victorious. Mikey vows to get stronger and challenge Everett again soon.
A New Home: While stopping in Shaula Town to check the status of his house, Everett and Caesar come across an injured Eevee. It turns out that the Eevee was abused and abandoned by his previous Trainer, so Everett takes him in and names him Darwin.
The Gang Keeps Growing: Everett travels to Baltis City to scope out the Gym that Vincent had told him about. While there, he makes an addition to his team.
Hot-Spring Havoc: With a full team of six Pokemon under his belt, Everett decides to treat himself and his team to a day at the hot springs in Hamal Town. While there, he meets a Trainer named Louis, and the two have a Double Battle before enjoying the springs.
An Electrifying Debut!: Everett, while making his way back to Shaula Town by way of the Risa River, meets a man named Roland and his Elgeyem. While they enjoy each other's company, Darwin falls in the river, but comes out with a strange stone. After being exposed to it, he evolves into Jolteon.
Pillars of the Community: Everett enjoys his now-completed home when one of the neighbors drops by. Of course, this neighbor happens to be Dracul, the Trial Gym Leader of Shaula Town!
