A light breeze blew across the beach, almost snatching the straw hat from the young girl's head. Her hand involuntarily shot up, catching the accessory before the wind pulled it free. Her hazel gaze drifted towards the beach and waterline, where a Munchlax was trying to chew on some seaweed it had pulled up. She kept spitting out the salty green vegetable, before taking another disgruntled bite. Evangeline smiled softly, reaching for her burlap bag. She had some bottles of water inside, which the Munchlax would come for. Her gaze continued sweeping the coastline, stopping on a tiny bird hopping after some retreating white birds.
Oh, no. You little twirp, you're gonna get us all in trouble.
Red Baron was picking fights with the local birds, pecking and showing a group of Wingulls who their boss was. His natural tendency for bullying gave the young girl some concern, but he would be a major asset in any of her future missions. He'll not disagree to fighting weaker Pokemon without reason. Which is good, because Tubby is far too lazy and her good-nature would make forcing her to act hard. And my last Pokemon...
The young girl glanced towards her bag, trying to force a glare at the Togepi climbing her bag in an attempt to gain her attention. But she finally smiled, as Tiny waggled her arms and chirped happily. Picking up the small Pokemon, she set the Togepi in her lap and picked up her previous work. On a small notepad, she had over a dozen designs messily scribbled in no specific order. The Togepi danced happily in her lap, enjoying her 'attention', as the girl tried to figure out a solution to her next dilemna. Storing the battery within the core of the frame does help with making the bike more compact, but the major issue is with impacts; if it goes off a twenty foot jump, the engine will sustain massive damage and possibly lose power. And if we're doing any of the robberies that were slated at the meeting, I'll need to design something capable of withstanding over three thousand pounds of pressure in terms of weight, considering jumping off a four-story building is a possibility. My own reflexes are capable of compensating for the lack of suspension, as long as I keep my focus at one-hundred percent...the issues are when I'm partnered up with someone else. The weight, combined with gravity, becomes the major issue. And, despite changing the material used for the built-in batteries, the maximum run-time for the turbo engine is only five minutes. The Magneto-component will enable the engine to run indefinitely... but only when moving at maximum speed, which inhibits the ability to maneuver...
Biting the eraser between her teeth, the young girl fumed over her notes, not noticing the other trainers whispering about her. She didn't realize it, but she'd missed three different guys offering her drinks. A young girl, wearing a white swimsuit, tended to draw notice on a beach when she was alone. Her sun umbrella kept the offending heat off her head, but also kept her from noticing the shadow of people trying to get her attention. The girl decided to move the battery from the center of the bike and push it towards the back of the frame, where the rear wheel and micro-engine was located. Minimizing the distance the magneto needed to stretch its mechanisms would further boost the power it could produce, but now she faced a problem with the weight balance. Her brow scrunched in frustration, as the young girl tried to figure out a solution to her pressing issue. Her Munchlax finally made her way back, and received a bottle of water for her efforts. Plopping down in the sand next to Evangeline, the small Pokemon began slowly gulping the clear liquid from the bottle. Her Pikipek sauntered up, clearly proud of its conquest; proof of his work was clear, as the nearby beach was free of Wingulls. She tossed him a berry from her bag, which he caught midair. Flying over, the bird landed on her bag. Tiny leaned back in her lap, resting against her bare stomach. The girl's pen never stopped, as she continued working her way through the numbers and situations. There is an answer somewhere!
Her attention was so honed on her project, she didn't notice as someone different approached her from the beach. SOCIAL START! Leon Solis @sketch

Swimsuits, Ideas, and Awkward Silences Leon Solis Party - Ember Lvl 8, Choco Lvl 5, Nocturne Lvl 6
It was a perfect day. Something Leon hadn’t had in a long time.
The sun was out, the waves were smooth and only a few people resided on the beach, a lucky and rare occasion. “Ah! The perfect conditions for a cookout” Leon looked over at companions, Ember and Choco, who had been play fighting all the way here. With the Servine morph was Cooper, a Grubbin morph boy that he’d taken into his custody after he realized he had no home. The two were out on some more relaxation time, though he was uncertain if Cooper would feel the same way.
Leon was having difficult walking, as he was holding layers of stuff in his hands to bring to the beach. 2 lounge chairs, a portable cooler, a portable grill, an “easy carry rug”, a pokemon treatment kit a beach bag with towels, sunscreen, first aid, water, granola bars, and goggles, and lastly, an umbrella. Leon had to make sure conditions were perfect if he were going to be spending any time anywhere, and now that he was bringing Cooper along, he wanted to make sure it was extra perfect! “Alright, I say this spot right here is perfect!” The Servine morph laid all of his equipment down and smiles. Yes, indeed it was perfect!
The Servine was being rather careless with his morph today, but he came prepare to make sure Cooper wouldn’t freak out. As the morph was wearing just a tank top and swim shorts, he’d made sure to conceal his scales and leaves into his body. As for his tail, it was (uncomfortably) wrapped around his waist under his shorts, hidden from sight. His long, green hair, on the other hand, remained in it’s ponytail, protected from any elements that wanted to mess with it… well, except kids and chocolate covered Swirlix’s.
Leon got to work straight away on building the “comfort zone” for himself and Cooper, as well as preparing a separate area, set up for the pokemon, in which the small rug was rolled out, bowls of food placed out at different heights for each pokemon’’s preference, each bowl holding the favorite flavor of each pokemon. Leon made sure to question each pokemon carefully about what they wanted, which it was easy, considering most of them chose the flavor closest aligning to their types. Wailmer has diet food at the request of cooper, Choco had a bit extra on request, and Nocturne has… None, as he’s once again asleep.
The Morph Enjoyment Station (™) had a small table in between the two lounge chairs, in which the cooler resided under. The umbrella resided in the slot for it in the table, providing shade to cover up Cooper and leave Leon in the sun. The beach bag of equipment sat next to Leon and the grill remained close to the foot of Leon as well. It was a perfect set up on a perfect day.
Leon’s first activity of the day was swimming, in which he removed the take top and his sandals and went swimming for an hour, joined by Ember, Conch, and Chip, who enjoyed a game of Marco Polo, fetch and Ducklett, Ducklett, Swanna. After water games were done, he made the land restricted pokemon choose the meal for lunch, which ended up being hamburgers and hot dogs. As it was an unexpected order, he ran to the store, leaving Yanma in charge while he went to go pick it up. He picked up the two meats, as well as chips, sodas, different fruity drinks, and even a few Little Downies.
At his return, he promised to cook lunch in about an hour, around one. This gave him time to recharge his batteries by sunbathing his tail, and with it, time flew. He woke up to a sleeping Ember on his chest and a mighty sand castle, but as a promise was a promise, he got to making lunch.
Upon finishing the meal, he placed the food out for everyone to enjoy on their own plates. With everyone with their own foods, Leon noticed a girl sitting off on her lonesome. The boy scratched his chin and saw that she was sunbathing with a notepad of a sort, which peaked Leon’s curiosity. Was she a researcher? Maybe a journalist? The Servine morph, as curious as the cat, advanced towards the girl, stopping not to far from her.
“If you’re trying to catch a tan, that notepad is going to get in the way and leave an awkward pale spot.” The soon-to-be gym leader said jokingly. He gave a low bow and a smile to the woman. “Afternoon. My name is Leon. I noticed your small group here were all alone. Need a friend?” The boy was interested in finding her profession, not her number, but if one were unfamiliar with the man, they might just think that.

SWIMSUITS, IDEAS AND AWKWARD SILENCES !!! CLICK IMAGE FOR MUSIC !!!
Today was a good day. Cooper laid back against his smaller lounge chair, shaking his legs every now and then to get some sand off his damp, exposed feet. A boogieboard lied next to the Grubbin boy, with a strap tied around his wrist to keep the board close when he was in the water. He could hear Cheerie chirping in delight, ordering around the other Pokemon for an intense game of Ducklett, Ducklett, Swanna. Cooper had finished his food only moments earlier, which mainly consisted of fruits and other pungent tasting snacks, like gummy wurmples and hard candies that he could chomp in one bite regardless thanks to his grubbin DNA.
Cyto sat beside Cooper as the two scribbled away at a piece of paper pinned to the chair by several rocks on the corners. Cooper was just doodling pictures of himself, Leon, and their Pokemon poorly, and Cyto was doing trigonometry on his side of the paper. Cheerie and Company were now frolicking about in a large sandcastle with a moat that Cooper had built and dug- he probably spent a good two hours on making the darn thing.
<Cooper, you still have your sunscreen on, yes?> The Solosis chimed in the Morph's head, earning an affermative nod. <Good. The sun is awful hot today, and-- Hey, what's your friend doing?> The Pokemon asked, eyeing the Servine Morph chatting it up with a girl. "U-uh... I think t-t-that's the Eva g-girl I met in the w-woods once?" Cooper narrowed his eyes and raised a covered hand over his eyes to shelter them from the sun. Yup, that looked like Evangeline alright. Cooper doubted Leon was into romancing ladies just yet, so it must have been something else that brought them to interact. Regardless, he'd shrug it off for now, not wanting to indulge in even more social activity just yet.

Evangeline's notebook shifted positions, causing the sun to shine into her eyes. While she'd been busy scouring her notes, the sun's position had shifted enough that the large umbrella no longer covered her completely. She started to shift positions, when a mature voice shifted her blurry haze to something else. A young man was standing next to her umbrella, clearly interested in something. But his tone was a friendly sort of interested, not probing or laden with something darker. Rising to her knees, the young girl pushed her blanket further back under the shade of the umbrella. Seating herself back in the center of the shade, the young girl adjusted her straw hat and smiled up at the young man. His green hair was tied back into a ponytail, which the girl noted was almost as long as hers. “I”m fine; I find the beach is a great place to contemplate notes and other such stuff. Not really concerned with my tan, though. You here alone or with companions?” Her gaze traveled the beach, stopping on the newest addition to the beach. Clearly, he wasn't, if the large array of beach gear and accessories were anything to go off of. Her gaze continued traveling, before landing on a small boy seated in one of the lawn chairs near all of the beach stuff. “Oh, that's Cooper! Is he here with you? I ran into him while studying in Kaxyl Forest; he helped me get out of there, while we chatted with other trainers.” Rising from her seat, the girl grabbed the small blanket and flicked the sand off of it. Folding it in quick motions, the girl set the small bundle in her large bag. Looping the bag over her shoulder, the girl knelt down and nodded towards Tiny. The small Togepi hopped into the bag, snuggling into the folded blanket. She yanked the umbrella out of the ground and turned towards Leon, resting the large object on one shoulder and smiling. Tubby and Red Baron stood on either side of the woman, Tubby disgruntled by the sudden sun waking her up and Red Baron sizing up the young man with a steady gaze. “Lead the way, Leon. The name's Evangeline, Evangeline Cross.” With her short statement, the girl grinned and waited for his reaction.

Swimsuits, Ideas, and Awkward Silences Leon Solis Party - Ember Lvl 8, Choco Lvl 5, Nocturne Lvl 6
Leon seemed to get a serious answer from the girl after his joke, which still made him smile. They’d been talking for nothing less more than a few seconds and he already knew he liked this girl. “No, I came here with a pretty big group, actually.” The young lady seemed to be scanning the area for signs of trouble or… information, maybe? Either way, it made sense to scan for suspicious characters, whether or not that’s what she was doing.
When the girl spotted Cooper at the set up, her eyes began to sparkle and shine under the sight. She asked him if Cooper was with him, which Leon, regardless of why she was jaw-dropped, nodded politely. That seemed to trigger a quick series of events that lead up to Evangeline tearing apart her own set up packs and ready to move within seconds. “Wow, impressive.” From there, the girl introduced herself and requested he let her go forth.
Leon walked back to the small encampment, feeling bad for not carrying anything, but he shoved it out of his head as he held up two fingers to Cooper. “Howdy again, pardner. Brought a friend.” The Servine Morph pointed back as Evangeline and smiled. “Hope you don’t mind.”

SWIMSUITS, IDEAS AND AWKWARD SILENCES ROLE CALL
Cooper jolted momentarily as the eyes of Evangeline and Leon wandered to meet his own. He hastily gazed back down to his paper, tearing off his doodles and rolling the paper up. Cyto, on the other hand, seemed to continue his mathematics without noticing the approach of the other two.
Thankfully, since Cooper knew Leon and company were coming, he wasn't taken aback as per usual. "O-oh, h-hi." Cooper spoke, tilting his head to the side. Cooper glanced off to the side when he heard a call from Cheerie- it seemed some of the other beach Pokemon bad built a sandcastle of their own, and the Morph Squad. Playfully weak attacks and balls of sand were thrown, one of which narrowly flew over Cooper's head. Cheerie was a rapid-fire machine, while Conch seemed to be preparing something big.
Chip, complete with a little satchel and sunhat that had a big flower atop it, skittered over with a doofy smile on her face before bumping into the chair- though it didn't faze her. Climbing up and onto Cooper's lap, she'd gaze about with her nose in the air before trailing back to Eva. "O-oh, uh, this i-is one of my newer p-pokemon, Chip." Cooper introduced the Deino, who was now chewing on the ledge of the chair. "And, u-uh, that's C-Cyto. Y-you've met Cheerie and C-Conch already." He poked the psychic slimeball, who only offered a telepathic grunt of recognition in response, his eyes never drifting from his advanced mathematics in the works.
