PERSONALITY — Tubby has always been a relaxed, but confused, Pokemon. Always wandering if not focused on food, the tiny Munchlax is always looking for more food or friends to interact with. It was a stroke of luck the tiny Pokemon ran into Evangeline in the ravine, as she was searching for more food. It managed to drag the tiny girl to a stream since it looked thirsty and hungry. Always compassionate, the tiny Pokemon would rather relax and eat than battle, unless harmed. Then it will fiercely rebuke its opponent with a lick or punch. Then it will go back to its search for snacks and sleep.

Togepi is, well, a baby. She cries for no reason, makes a mess of everything, and craves constant attention. She is very intensely bonded with her trainer and must be in constant sight of them or she will cry and scream bloody murder. For this reason, Togepi also refuses to be kept in a Pokeball. Togepi is very affectionate to the point of being obnoxious. She loves to make daisy crowns for everyone and will cry if someone doesn’t accept her gift. She loves to cling to her trainer’s clothes, swinging from scarves or dangling from pants. While this may look extremely cute to an outsider, this affection is constant and the trainer will get no reprieve from it. Togepi is also incredibly smart for being so young and will use her tears to manipulate and get what she wants. She has a lot of growing up to do.
