THERE ARE NO STRINGS ON ME
Good lord, why did it have to be him of all people to deliver this nasty little bird? He had heard of stories about what this Pokemon did to his siblings and other small Pokemon of his size, so when he was randomly thrown into Arthur's care (in the hopes that the gym leader could discipline him), it turned out that the Natu was simply too stubborn. It was then concluded that this bird was not a match for the spoiled young man, so Lucas had to be sent out to attempt trading this Natu at Mira's in the hopes that the Natu would find a better trainer and maybe Arthur might land a decent psychic type.
Dave the Natu refused to stay in his Poke Ball no matter how many times the trainer tried to return him, so in the end he just allowed him to sit on his shoulder as he watched the world with cold, beady eyes. They got to the shop soon enough, with other trainers and Pokemon waiting for their turn to appraise and/or browse. Thankfully the line didn't take very long and it was soon Lucas' turn to offer what he had. "I'd like to trade Dave here." he said, pointing at the Natu on his shoulder, who did a small coo in response. The Natu seemed fully aware of the situation and did not mind it. While he was being torn away from the only home he knew, he supposed it was time to carry out his antics elsewhere.
[ OOC: Ideally trading Natu for the Goomy! ]
"Dave"
Lv 13, Male, Early Bird
leer, peck, night shade, teleport, lucky chant
For some strange reason, this particular Natu hates being called anything else but "Dave". He's also not very friendly, possessing a strange pleasure in hurting other Pokemon. This could include pushing them off of elevated surfaces without warning, attempting to drown them, and pecking them. Because of these habits, he has been nicknamed "Murder Dave" by his peers, which mainly consists of his Natu brethren. Born in Mrs. Wright's reserve, Natu has been causing trouble ever since he could coordinate his tiny legs to push someone. While he is doing these things for his own amusement, the bird does appear to have limits and does not want to seriously harm anyone. Perhaps with time and patience, this little Pokemon could become a powerful battler. For the meantime, his best skill is taunting the opponent and playing pranks on them. He also seems to enjoy villain characters, quoting from them if he finds the right opportunity.
