[nospaces][break][break] swoobat [break] SWOOBAT ■ FEMALE ■ UNAWARE ■ LV 21 Woobat was a gift to Arthur from a relative that bred competitive Pokemon, though she actually didn't make the cut. Said relative thought that while she wasn't very battle-oriented, she could help him...relax or something. While Arthur is usually very strict with the number of Pokemon he keeps, he didn't have the heart to refuse a gift, especially because she was still very young. For the mean time, he keeps her around as a companion. [break][break] Woobat is extremely clingy, almost seeing Arthur as her replacement mother. She hardly leaves his side and easily gets jealous when he pays some close attention to another Pokemon that isn't one of his. Being very young, she's naive of the world and wholeheartedly thinks that Arthur's method of training is correct. She hopes that when she grows older, she'll be strong enough to handle it. For the meantime it's mostly fun and games, observing him battle and also learn to navigate the world once again. In a way she's a literal wing-woman that does her best to assist him, or when he just needs someone to talk to. [break][break] As a Swoobat, she has gained some sense of maturity in her words and also her actions. In a way, she has taken an elder sister-like role to the rest of Arthur's team, but she still keeps her mischievousness from her days as a Woobat. [break][break] sigilyph [break] SIGILYPH ■ FEMALE ■ MAGIC GUARD ■ LV 5 A highly intelligent and curious Pokemon, Sigilyph likes her mind to be challenged by both people and Pokemon, though the first are usually more well-equipped for heavy conversation. She easily gets bored if she is at too high of an advantage over something, taking a very dismissive attitude that can be irritating for some. She can sound very mature yet also mocking at the same time, believing that she has more wisdom than others (which is true in most cases, she is very old). Unlike others of her species, she has become a wanderer, straying off the paths she was designed to guard long ago. Sigilyph did not original intend to become a trainer's pawn, but through the combination of sheer boredom and her interest in Arthur's ability, she decided that there was little to lose in joining. While she is considerably knowledgable, she is not familiar with many of man's new developments, showing heightened interest at such inventions. Sometimes, strange looking Pokemon and people interest her too. GUST (1) | | MIRACLE EYE (1) | HYPNOSIS (4) | | MOVE FOUR | MOVE FIVE | | MOVE SIX |

[break][break] venipede [break] VENIPEDE ■ MALE ■ POISON POINT ■ LV 18 Venipede is a rather moody Pokemon, not too happy with being caught since he had just imagined his life to be solely in the forest, living his days until maybe he got eaten or something. He'd like to think that he was not afraid of death. After all, he had watched his own siblings get snatched by large birds of prey. It was only he that managed to survive by hiding in a tiny space in a dead tree trunk. Everything sounded so simple, but now he had to spend his days having to fight other Pokemon against his will. In time he would learn to accept his new fate, yet for now he still finds ways to disagree with his trainer. One method, in particular, is to refuse going back to his Poke Ball, preferring to hang somewhere like his arm or leg as they traveled. Surprisingly, the easiest way to get Venipede to do something is out of spite. Reverse psychology works wonders on this young Pokemon, who is willing to show that while he does not like the battling life, he is not planning to lose either. [break][break] spinda [break] SPINDA ■ MALE ■ OWN TEMPO ■ LV 5 A very ditzy Pokemon, Spinda lives life one wobbly step at a time, going at his own pace but also doesn't mind being dragged along. He recalls that much of his childhood was spent being picked on because he was rather weak, but he tries not to let that get him down. Nevertheless, deep down he wants to prove that he's more than just a klutz, that he has the battle potential to be of worth in a team. Or at least, he hopes so. Eager to prove himself, Spinda tends to mess up pretty often just from tripping on his own two feet, but he also shows resilience by quickly getting back up. Besides this passion to improve, he's also loves making new friends, even if not all of them would be impressed by his strange antics. In a way, he's a bit of a joker, though a rather strange one at that. He laughs too often but does not dish out the same level of humor, which could suggest that he's more insecure than he lets on. [break][break] eevee [break] EEVEE ■ MALE ■ ADAPTABILITY ■ LV 17 Eevee is a people-pleaser, having been bred specifically for contests whether in battling or for showing one's beauty. But due to his esteemed background, Eevee has an inflated ego and tends to look down at other Pokemon, especially wild ones. He has been taught, after all, to take pride in his pedigree, having come from a line of champions (he'd brag that his trainer has the papers). He absolutely hates losing though and would throw a hissy fit if it happened. It would take some time for him to recuperate after his pride had been slanted, but he is extremely stubborn and would put his best into improving himself just to beat others. Others may loathe how he exposes his belly to humans but not to his fellow Pokemon, yet Eevee does not let this get him down. He was born to please and so he shall be the best at it, and no one shall say otherwise. COVET (1) | | BITE (17) | SWIFT (17) | | QUICK ATTACK (13) | TAIL WHIP (1) | | SAND ATTACK (5) |

[break][break] zorua [break] ZORUA ■ MALE ■ ILLUSION ■ LV 13 This Zorua is incredibly lazy, often preferring to lay about and do nothing if it can help it. In fact, it often makes use of its illusionary abilities in order to disguise or otherwise hide itself as to avoid work, conflict, and other disturbances. It would rather sit back and watch the world go by then to take part in it. However, because of its proclivity for waiting and watching, this Zorua has quite the keen powers of observation and often picks up on minute details with ease, speaking to some truly impressive perceptive abilities. Whether it shares its observations is another matter all together; while not malicious, Zorua is oftentimes ambivalent to outsiders. In that sense, it has a rather open mind. [break][break] He is good at disguising himself, but he has a preference in changing into a young boy he once saw while in a park. If left to his own devices, he'll often switch to this form to watch the world around him without being bothered too much. [nospaces][break][break] ponyta [break] PONYTA ■ FEMALE ■ FLASH FIRE ■ LV 10 "Conciliatory, Impressionable, Hateful" [break][break] Ponyta watches everything everyone does. She does this because she is young and still has a lot to learn about the world and herself. So, the way she learns is by watching others and asking lots of questions. The questions can be absolutely anything, ranging from superficial to incredibly deep. When she asks questions, she accepts practically any answer given to her; after all, she more than likely has no other knowledge to compare it to. Because of this, Ponyta is incredibly impressionable and how she acts is heavily dependant on who she is around and who she listens to. She's good at comforting others, but she can be hateful towards others who do things or act in a way she does not agree with. Her intolerance is a byproduct of her easily manipulated ways and morals, and it can only be addressed with time, patience and consistent education. [break][break] goomy [break] GOOMY ■ MALE ■ SAP SIPPER ■ LV 15 Goomy as a species is widely considered to be the weakest dragon-type Pokemon, and this particular Goomy isn’t helping its species out with that designation. Goomy is a terrible battler through and through. Often times, it will find some way to get hurt by the weakest of attacks or manage to mess up any simple attack or manuever. Most of the time, Goomy will just flat-out try to run away whenever it gets into a battle. It is cowardly and jumpy, and it will latch onto any source of comfort it can find and not let go. It’s a good natured Pokemon that unfortunately cannot do something that many other Pokemon can. Goomy, like many other members of its species, has a great appreciation for nature and its preservation. Perhaps when it’s fully evolved, or near it, it will be able to become a good battler. Still, it will take an enormous amount of work. TACKLE (1) | | BUBBLE (1) | ABSORB (5) | | PROTECT (9) | BIDE (13) | | MOVE SIX |

[break][break] vulpix [break] VULPIX (A) ■ MALE ■ SNOW CLOAK ■ LV 16 This Alolan Vulpix came from one of Arthur's many rich relations, and thus shares a few traits from Eevee. Spoiled rotten, this Pokemon absolutely detests any form of heat whatsoever and would not hesitate to put it out with a well placed Powder Snow. Mainly bred to be a pretty lap Pokemon, he can easily become possessive of his trainer, believing that he deserves all the attention. This makes him extremely competitive and downright conniving for the sake of getting the spotlight. He is poor with teamwork as a result, but this is offset by his drive to get what he wants. As a male, he can be easily offended if someone remarks about his gender, partially because males are often worth less for breeding, and that his appearance is usually attributed to something more feminine. His ego is mainly built on how well he can serve his trainer, and so if he were to be reprimanded, he might actually reconsider his actions. So despite his selfish streak, he's actually quite insecure and does care for his trainer. His Pokemon though? Not so much. [break][break] litten [break] LITTEN ■ MALE ■ BLAZE ■ LV 14 Litten is young and brash, ready for battle at a moment's notice. If no battle is going to happen, he takes it upon himself to spar with other Pokemon whether they like it or not, often lunging at them and persistently asking if they could train together. It's obvious that he wants to be the best of the best, and fighting against strong Pokemon is pretty much his passion. He loves challenges and will not back down from a fight, and even if he's losing he won't give up until he can no longer stand. He seems to have some trouble thinking about anything else besides eating, sleeping, and battling, however, which makes him an awkward kitten when trying to interact with his fellow Pokemon. He'd much prefer training for the next match instead of chatting about the weather or something. Nevertheless, he sincerely believes in teamwork, especially between trainer and Pokemon. This may result in forceful attempts to befriend others that do not tend to end well. SCRATCH (1) | | EMBER (1) | GROWL (4) | | LICK (8) | LEER (11) | | FIRE FANG (14) |
