| Say what you mean Tell me I'm right And let the sun rain down on me Give me a sign I want to believe There's nothing wrong with just a taste of what you've paid for | It had been a long journey to the Stellara region. A long journey. The teen was ready to find a bed and food... or food and a bed. Which ever she came upon first. She couldn't help but sigh at the lovely sight in front of her. The way the sunset's rays bounced the many pools of water was absolutely breathtaking. If the first city she came upon was this beautiful she couldn't wait until she could see the rest of the region.
Feeling a nudge the girl looked down at the green pokemon besides her. (Do you have any idea where we're going?)
Luna chuckled nervously, "Not really... I mean I am new here and all. Should the girl ask for directions and if so who? Her older brother had told her to be careful of thieves or tricksters and to always keep her valuables close by but he never said anything about recognizing these bad people.
Zinnia sighed shaking her head, (Well... whatever we do we need to do it soon it's going to get dark soon and I don't like it when you're out in the dark)
Luna tilted her head, "Why? the girl whined looking at her pokemon once more.
Zinnia just stared at the girl.
"I mean it was only once that I tripped over mom's Ursaring at night...
Zinnia didn't move her gaze.
"and that other time I thought my hair was a spinarak..." the young woman admitted, "but those don't count." she decisively said smiling at her friend.
(Oh brother)
Luna smiled, as they made their way through the city. Excited for the adventures that were to come. Hopefully, they wouldn't come too soon.

WILD POKEMON SPAWN Horsea 5, male, swift swim or sniper bubble, smokescreen personality made by staffThis particular Horsea is especially naive and childish. While he means well, he is not the best at listening or following directions and gets distracted easily. Strike it up to being young, this Horsea can be a handful. He loves all forms of water, and bless your soul if he ever finds a puddle or a bathtub. He won't hesitate to pop out of a Pokeball if there is water nearby, and must be coerced back into his ball. On the bright side, Horsea is friendly, affectionate and loves to socialize. There's not a mean bone in his body, which can make battling a hassle. Horsea is a fast learner and eager to please. A patient trainer will make this Pokemon a champion. You can also choose this Pokemon's ability from those listed above.

| Say what you mean Tell me I'm right And let the sun rain down on me Give me a sign I want to believe There's nothing wrong with just a taste of what you've paid for | Catching this cutie with swift swim
The petite teen had not made it far when a splash caught her ear. The sun was almost gone, there was no possible way it was children playing. Plus, the high shrill coming from the place most definitely did not sound like a group of kids. Luna glanced at Chikorita before making her way to the sound a slight bounce on her step. From the stories her brother had told her catching Pokémon was a big part of being on your own and being on a journey. Her brother had mentioned to catch a pokemon, she needed to defeat it in battle before throwing a pokeball at it. Once touched by the ball it would disappear in a red light. The ball would then shudder before closing permanently.
As she turned the corner of a building her eyes landed on a pond with trees scattered around it. In the middle of the pool of water was a small blue Pokémon, squealing as it dove into the water before rising once more. Luna stared at the little blue Pokémon before squealing. “It’s so cute!” It was a joyful little thing, a playful pokemon.
How on earth was she supposed to defeat it?
She knew one thing, she wanted it to be her friend. She wanted it a part of her team. She began approaching the pond of water. The Horsea looked up tilting it’s head as they both watched each other. Luna knelt besides the pond of water, ”Hey there.” she smiled at it. The horsea shrilled before splashing back into the water, popping up right in front of her and Zinnia.
(Hello! Do you guys want to play?)
(Not really.)
”I do!”
(Yay! Watch this!) the little blue sea horse exclaimed while shooting bubbles in the air in a circular motion. The bubbles spread through the air, popping when coming into contact with buildings and trees.
”How pretty? Luna exclaimed, ”Listen I have a question for you wo-“
(Let’s do it again.)
”Actually I-“
(I should make them burst out of smoke!)
Zinnia sighed, the green pokemon shook its head as two vines came from her side lifting the water pokemon from it’s pool.
(Put me down!) Zinnia sighed, bringing the little creature back down to the pool of water.
”I have a question. Do you want to be my friend?”
(Only if we get the chance to play again) Luna nodded, pulling out a pokeball from her bag. She held it out to the small blue creature watching happily as it tapped the pokeball in front of it.

| Say what you mean Tell me I'm right And let the sun rain down on me Give me a sign I want to believe There's nothing wrong with just a taste of what you've paid for | Much to her surprise her brother had been correct. The ball in front of her shuddered before closing with an audible ping. The teen stood in her spot staring at the ball just watching it. She wasn't sure how long she just stood there but eventually she picked up the ball. A smile breaking on her face. "Well Zinnia, seems like we have a new friend." (Fantastic.)"Oh don't be like that, you're gonna need to be a big sister to this one. I can just feel it." she smiled, releasing the pokemon within. (Hello again! Is it time to play?)"Not tonight sweetie. It's to dark to play," the little horsea drooped his head, "we'll play tomorrow okay? I just wanted to tell you that I decided to call you Aster. Do you like that?"(Yup!)"Excellent! Well I'm gonna return you to your ball so you can rest you had a long day today." The blue pokemon nodded before it disappeared back into it's ball. The teen stood up ready to resume the task she had meant to accomplish before night fell... Oh. Too late. Her eyes widened at the darkness surrounding the pair. The teen blinked a few times her eyes growing accustomed to the lack of light. There was a faint glow from the moon but not much source of light at her current location surrounded by buildings. It was eerie, she felt goosebumps grow on her arms from the shivers that ran down her spine. Everything seemed to have grown a few extra limbs where the light hit and where it didn't it looked like an abyss of darkness. (Don't you have a flashlight)"Yes but I forgot the batteries." Luna whispered back. (Why are you whispering.) "I don't know!" she exclaimed, slapping a hand on her mouth. Her eyes gazed her surroundings, looking for the alley she had come from. Luna quickly made her way to the narrow corridor. The now pitch black corridor. (We can't stay here all night.)Luna inhaled a deep breath, and released it before taking a step into the alley. She made her way slowly jumping at the scratching noise that seemed to be following her, with each jump a tiny squeak. What if she was about to get mugged? What were you supposed to do in those situations? What if it was an angry pokemon? What if it was an angry spider preparing to mug her? She closed her eyes taking breaths, trying to calm her heart as she kept on moving through the alley. (Luna why are your eyes closed, we're out)Luna's eyes opened, a strained chuckle escaping her lips as she rubbed the back of her head from embarrassment. "Ummmm.. now what?" she muttered looking around the unrecognizable surroundings. words: 464; Louis Beckett - sorry it took a while I wrote it in between bites xD |

WITH EVERY BROKEN BONE, I SWEAR I LIVED Admittedly one of the things Lou didn't miss about traveling was getting lost, especially in the city. He was rather surprised to find that there was little night life in this particular stretch of the neighbourhood, which made things harder because there were fewer people around. Where could he ask for directions? He had come here just wanting to stroll and he lost track of time when Hemlock decided to jump into a shallow pool to cool off, with Daisy joining in right after. It then took them perhaps half an hour to stop her from grooming since the pond turned out to be a little on the dirtier side. It had been a long day. Perhaps it was a little too early for night life to begin, he thought, but then again, there were hardly any restaurants around the place. It looked like wherever they had ended up, it was more of the sketchy, dead side of the city. He had been to places like this before, mostly by accident, but he made sure to keep his guard up. "Stay close, you guys. Otherwise I'm returning you to your Pokeballs."Daisy remembered well what happened to her the last time she was wandering around alone, so she bothered Lou to carry her on his shoulder. Al, of course, was floating nearby his side, while Hemlock was near to his feet. "(Can we go back to civilisation now?)" the Chikorita whined, "(I really don't like the atmosphere here.)""I know, I know. Just give me some time to figure out where we are." he replied, looking around for any other signs of friendly life. He then heard a worried voice across a dark alley; it sounded like a girl's. Hmm, while it could be a trap, he at least had Hemlock to disarm a person if it ever came to that, and Al was always a possible last resort. "Hemlock, stay close.""(Yessir.)" the team of four quickly went through the corridor to emerge at another stretch of buildings, but before Lou could even react, Daisy jumped down from his shoulder and ran towards what appeared to be another Chikorita. "(OH. MY. GOSH. It's another me!)" she screamed as she jumped around the other Pokemon. "(What's your name? Are you with a Coordinator? Where'd you come from?")Lou eventually caught up to her and did a small bow to the other Chikorita's trainer. "Sorry about that, Daisy can get overexcited at times." He glanced back at Hemlock, only to find him also eyeing the new Pokemon. "(Can I fight this one?)""No, Hemlock, you can't.""(Aww...)"Lou turned back to the young girl, who seemed as terribly lost as he was, but he supposed it wouldn't hurt to ask. "Do you happen to know the way back to the city proper? Our team got lost and my Chikorita was complaining about it, though I guess she's distracted for now."
