[/b]  NAME — Snips LEVEL — 4 SPECIES — Clauncher TYPE — Water EGG GROUP — Water 1/Water 3 ABILITY — Mega Launcher HELD ITEM — none GENDER — Male HEIGHT — 1'9" WEIGHT — 19 Pounds MOVE LIST —Splash Water Gun Helping Hand PERSONALITY — This Clauncher was definitely the most handsome and suave of all the sea faring Pokemon around. Surely no one would doubt his excellent features. Call him vain all you want, but when you spend half a day taking care of your claw than you'll need some respect and adoration. That's why anyone grooms themselves, right? Perhaps that's why he worries and dotes on others that pay him any mind. He isn't nitpicking their behavior or appearance, he is simply trying to share his wonderful tastes! Others might find him insufferable, but he pays them no kind, if they won't listen then he'll take his business anywhere. By anywhere, he means wondering around aimlessly until someones listens to his obviously perfect advice. Lori wasn’t so sure if this was the best idea, but than again, it was an exciting prospect. Unfortunately she didn’t have any Pokemon the current listing for trade, but Snips demanded to be shown. Yes, when it came down to it, this was the Clauncher’s idea. It was his time to shine! He even had Lori spend all of yesterday shining the big claw. She had asked her Pokemon if he was sure about it, but Snips was determined. Surely this Mira fellow will offer a fortune of a trade for a fine specimen as himself. He wouldn’t even be surprised if they dragged out a legendary. Regardless of what the actual trade ends up, he will be the one winning in the end and Mira. After all they were going to be his new owner. (Hurry now, we can’t be late. It’s not fashionable and I’m not going to have you ruin my chance!) Snips commanded as he skittered forward into the building. Once they were presented before the appraiser, Snips made sure she got a good look of his claw. “Uhh, this fab-ooo-lous Clauncher can be yours, he’s beautiful, brave, and bountiful. The-,” Lori began reading off of notecards that they had prepared beforehand,”three B’s that you want. He’s a prince, in some parts, none that I can name. So what can you offer?” As Lori introduced her Clauncher, the Pokemon moved about, trying to show off his best angle. At the very least, he was confident and had quite a strong personality. [/ul] |

Mira was typically not in the business of indulging the games of children, but she watched with cool interest and a half smile as the little girl and her Clauncher put on a small show for her. All while Mira was nodding politely at the girl, the computer had been busy gathering data on the Clauncher. As the show came to an end, Mira craned her neck, short brown bob shifting like a silk curtain, and reviewed what the computer had came up with. The Clauncher was. . . not impressive, despite what the duo might seem to think of it. Carefully, the woman pursed her lips. Normally, the infamous trader-queen would not deign to take such a Pokemon, but. . . well, even her cold heart was moved an inch or two by the girl's earnest showing. She tapped quietly at her computer; surely she had something she could offer the girl for a fair trade. After all, in a business, sometimes one had to stock lower end items for a reason. As the results came up, Mira spun her computer monitor around and spoke: "This is what I can offer you."

POKEMON  SENTRET level four, male/female, keen eye or runaway
foresight, scratch, defense curl
This Sentret is a prankster, first and foremost. Very few individuals can manage to escape its wrath, as this Pokemon is very crafty when it comes to the art of pranking people and Pokemon. Unless one gets a great deal of amusement out of pranks, this Sentret is not anybody's idea of a friend. Sentret is ill behaved outside of that, especially surly and unsociable with people and Pokemon alike. It does not make friends easily, or at all. Rather, Sentret prefers to be by its lonesome and mainly pranks other for its own amusement, even if it draws the ire of its trainer or other Pokemon. |
