Going to start off by making Leaf Storm Bulbasaur's Signature Move. Effect: Undodgeable
Also using my money to buy a PokePass with the Hunter discount.
I'd like to use my 3 free levels on Caesar.

Ok, a few things!
First, I'm going to use 15 PD and use TM Shadow Claw one time on Faust (20 PD-5 PD for "Need for Versatility"). I'm also going to use my Ace Trainer skill to make it his Signature Move (Unblockable).
Second, I've got about 12 levels to use, and I'm going to use them. Putting 7 of them on Caesar, bumping him up to 15, and then the other 5 go to Faust, making him level 14.
(Caesar grew to Level 15! Caesar learned Leech Seed, Vine Whip, Poison Powder, and Sleep Powder! Caesar forgot Growl!)
(Faust grew to Level 14! Faust learned Shadow Sneak and Baby-Doll Eyes! Faust forgot Splash and Copycat! TM applied! Faust forgot Scratch and learned Shadow Claw!)
Finally, I'm using my Thunder Stone on Darwin, evolving him into Jolteon!
(Congratulations! Your Darwin evolved into Jolteon! Darwin learned Thunder Shock!)

Few more things.
Gonna use my 20 EXP to bump my Jolteon up to Level 15.
I'm also going to spend 22 PD on a one-time use of TM24 Thunderbolt, to be used on Jolteon.
(Jolteon grew to level 15! Jolteon forgot Tail Whip and Thunder Shock, and learned Quick Attack and Thunderbolt!)
