The Lacaille Avian Reserve
Stellara's Flying-type Gym.

Building on the reputation of Lacaille being one of Stellara’s sources of renewable energy, the Lacaille Avian Reserve is a dome-shaped structure built on the outskirts of the city. Powered by several wind-generating turbines that produce renewable energy, the structure itself is basically a reserve and a research institute for the study of Flying-type Pokémon. While it stands as one of the region’s better-known structures, it’s also the region’s Flying-type gym.
The front part of the structure is dedicated to housing majority of the known species of Flying-types that exist in the known Pokéverse; where visitors are very much welcome to interact with the various exhibits that highlight and showcase the Flying-type.
From the study of migratory habits; to even caring for injured Flying-types that are brought to the Reserve; to even research on how humans can potentially achieve flight, most of that takes place in the front part of the structure.
Located out back are several bird-watching stations, built within the natural landscape so as not to be obtrusive and to let visitors who want to observe the many Flying-types in their natural (if captive) habitats without scaring off the natural wildlife.
Visitors are free to RP around the Reserve, just make sure to state you're here for a visit and not a Gym Challenge!
While there are no flashy gimmicks and obvious Trainer traps located within the area, the back side of the structure is where the Flying-type gym is located. In order to have a Gym Challenge, all one has to do is simply go to the Reserve and look for the Leader and ask for a challenge; it's as easy as that.
With bleachers enough to accommodate either a Trainer’s other Pokémon that wish to spectate the fight or friends who want to come along and watch the Gym Battles, the area is laid out in a standard, League-regulated format with two equal sides—one side for the challenger, the other side for the Gym Leader.
Of course, there are some League-sanctioned rules that are in effect:
• All battles will be in 3v3 singles format, regardless of how many badges a challenger has
• Substitutions are only allowed when a Pokémon on either side of the field (Gym Leader’s or challenger’s) faints; unless moves that allow switching out (like Baton Pass, U-Turn and similar) are used in-battle
• The challenger always gets the first move
• Damian himself won’t accept the challenge if the challenger has less than three Pokémon in their party
• For simplicity’s sake, Damian can take up to two challengers at any given time. This is to keep him from getting overwhelmed with the influx of people wanting to challenge the Gym. This number may increase over time, but for now, two matches at a time, please!
Upon winning the gym battle, the challenger will receive the Skyrider badge, 50PD and the TM for either Roost / Aerial Ace / Acrobatics; depending on the challenge level undertaken (Roost is awarded from zero to three badges; Aerial Ace from four to six badges, and Acrobatics from seven to nine badges).
If the challenger loses, then they may challenge the Gym again after 2 weeks (14 days). No other fancy requirements needed!
Of course, you may choose not to look at this and charge in blindly. It's the selection of avians Damian has at his disposal. Unless it's labelled as such, all moves are standard level-up moves from the Gen 7 move pool.
