"Alirght, let's try to bait the Pinsir with food." Dokuro threw around some berries around some Rawst Berries and Wepear berries, in hopes of luring the Pinsir. But the only reaction Pinsir had was a disgust reaction to them. Then he proceeded to munch on some nearby Custap Berries, and then back to more tree sap from the tree the berries came from. "Uh, interesting. Custap berries are known for being really sweet, unlike the Rawst and Wepear. And he is drinking even more tree sap."
Dokuro continued observing the Pinsir for a while. There were couple moments where other pokemon showed and tried to take the sap from the tree he was drinking from, and Pinsir outright beat them to a pulp. It seemed he would have continued if they hadn't ran away.
"Hmm, that Pinsir seems to like the sap of those trees. That gives me an idea. Pineco, stay right here, and be ready to use
protect on any of us if anything happens." Dokuro then released his Oddish from her ball. "Alright Oddish, it has been a while, but we're also back where we first met. You probably know this forest really well, right?" Oddish nodded at Dokuro with her usual stern face at him. "Good. Then I want you to look for the best trees you can find, one that would have the best sap on them, can you do that too?" Oddish smirked at Dokuro. It was child's play for her to do that. Just a quick look around and it was just a matter of minutes before she found a great tree for that, and it wasn't too far either. There she was about to bury her face on the soil, but Dokuro stopped her just before that, causing her to slap Dokuro with one of her leaves. "Ugh. Sorry Oddish, but you will have to wait for that. I want you to use
Sweet Scent on that Pinsir back there, and lure him here. I'll let you do your usual beauty routine after that's done, alright?" Oddish complied.
Oddish started unleashing her
Sweet Scent in Pinsir's direction, who immediately caught it. He started moving to the source of that scent, Oddish, who was slowly guiding the Pinsir to the tree she found earlier.
"Good. Fell for it."
Pinsir was about to reach Oddish, who was already going to start her usual beauty routine. "HEY! PINSIR! Why don't you have a try of this awesome tree sap?" Dokuro held a bottle filled with the sap from that tree they found. Pinsir got a bit pissed at first because he wanted to got to that really sweet scent's source, but then went ahead and started drinking from the sap Dokuro brought instead, finding out it was even more delicious than the ones he had been drinking before. "You like it? Is to be expected. Thanks to Oddish we found the best one, just for you." Pinsir extended his hand to Dokuro, and shook it with him, then gulped down all of the tree sap and returned the bottle back to Dokuro, and then started walking away.
"Hey, what do you say if you travel with me? I think you might be a nice member on my team, what do you say?"
Pinsir stood still for a moment. "I'm sure we will have a lot of great adventures, and you would be able to taste many more different things too." Pinsir turned back to Dokuro. The idea seemed nice for him. So after thinking about it for a bit, he decided to accept it. "Alright!" Dokuro took a Friend Ball from his bag, and held it on front of Pinsir, who then proceeded to touch it and get inside it.
Pinsir - Male
Level - 4
Ability - Mold Breaker
Moves:
-Vice Grip
-Focus Energy
-Bind
Personality:Pinsir is a very open and friendly pokemon, one who would say and do what he thinks, being forthright, but also sweet. One of his finest qualities is being adaptable and flexible, but all these things can be overshadowed by how pedantic he can be as well.
He loves sweet things, and would eat any dessert instead of food whenever the opportunity rises.
Despite his gentle and sweet nature, he won't hesitate when in need to protect others, and fight any opponent until either one is down, to the point he might seem a bit cruel in battle. His cruelty and irritable nature cause plenty of grievances and make things uncomfortable to say the least. Fortunately, his flexibility helps prevent most of these grievances.
