Oshawott from LV-5 > LV7

I'd want all my EXP converted to Free Levels, which should be around 12 levels to assign where I please, and I'd like to do that now.
I'll assign four levels to my Litten, bringing him from Lv9 to 13
Same with my Oshawott, bringing him from Lv7 to Lv11
And lastly, for my Elekid, bringing him from Lv5 to Lv9
That should use all my EXP/Free levels, please and thank you.
