SETH "GHOST" GREEN
NAME — Seth Fielder Green | Ghost
AGE — 28
GENDER — Male
SEXUALITY — Demi-Sexual
TRAINER CLASSES — Martial Artist, Tactician, Chef
AFFILIATION — Team Crux
OCCUPATION — Agent, Pokemon Trainer & Catcher/Trader
APPEARANCE
HEIGHT — 6' 4"
WEIGHT — ~200 lbs
HAIR COLOR — Brown
EYE COLOR — Hazel
SKIN COLOR — Mocha
ABNORMALITIES — Small scars mark Seth's left brow and chin, several larger ones gash his arms, and numerous others mark his hands, torso, and legs, with a few traveling up his legs. He doesn't wear much in terms of jewelry or adornments but has two basic piercings, often green studs.
Seth would rather go unnoticed then anything else most times and is generally very formal and often uncomfortable around others, and indeed his body language and habits indicate thus as he has a habit of managing to vanish into the shadows and corners of any room or gathering or lingering stiffly on the edges, always in the background, and seems always to be distanced or on the fringe even when in the main group, but around others he still manages to stand out much more then he would like. Perhaps it's his size, especially when standing stiff and straight in more formal times, though even with his habitual partial slouch he adopts when avoiding interaction he stands above most around him at four inches over six feet, and while his loose way of holding himself may incline him to seem smaller and more... average from a distance, when he stiffens or when put next to nearly anyone else and it quickly becomes apparent. Inclined towards a willowy nature, Seth has long limbs and a lean frame, slender overall though he regularly trains and is rather wiry, an athletes form that is far stronger than its bulk though clearly shows work and care when taken out of the loose clothing he wears often that conceals his build and makes him seem more slender then trimmed.
Seth also seems to draw eyes for his appearance as well as his height. Dark hair is rarely tampered with and shows the silky-smoothness of careful regular care and devotion, and when undone hangs surprisingly long down his back with a waviness curbed only by the weight of its length. Often his hair is gathered back in a high bun, however, or on rarer occasions, hanging in a ponytail or braid, with only a few bangs hanging loose framing the sides of his face. A smooth visage is complimented with sharp features, a sharp jawline meeting a square chin but soft skin sloping over gentle cheeks and rounded nose. Narrow eyes are hazel, often with a tendency towards seeming brown but occasionally 'shifting' towards green, especially when caught by the light or reflecting similar shades, matched with thin and sharp curving brows. Scars especially have a habit of attracting attention, and not uncommonly covered by makeup, lines of pinkish darker skin that visibly mar supple mocha colored skin, two carving lines through and breaking apart his life eyebrow and another on the same side that nicks his chin.
Still, Seth often tries to stick with and feels most comfortable with being casual and unnoticeable or being refined and removed, with very little in-between with this full formal and avoidant ordinary. There is a bit of stiffness in everything he does, like he is never quite fully at ease, weather out of discomfort or a need to always be professional, its hard to tell, and it can often go unnoticed by the less keen observer, for it's masked behind a fluid grace of long limbs that seem to flow in movements with the ease of one fully aware of their every body part and motion and fully in control of every step, every gesture, a hint at the power and self-awareness rippling beneath the surface. He often seems completely adjusted no matter where he is or whats going on, an effect amplified by the aura of almost unbreakable calm around him and his unchanging neutral gaze, often seeming annoyed or serious at first glance but seeming rarely to shift or change for anything. A calm even amidst the tempest, its only when one looks closer they see the reluctance in slight hesitations, the distance of eyes that seem always to look past others rather than at them, the drifting in the slouch of posture and habit of seeming to simply.. disappear elsewhere when the gaze flicks elsewhere for a moment. It's only when directly in a confrontation does he suddenly seem to loom before one, completely controlled, cold, and calculating.
Even Seth's clothing is often simple and dark in color, just enough differentiation to be his and recognizable, but not enough to stop him from being able to vanish among others or into shadows, not enough to seem bold. Greys and Blacks are his go to, long loose pants or slacks, long-sleeved shirts, jackets, the spare gloves or scarf. Green is his accent, from his tie in formal wear to the markings on his jacket, and while he seems to have no trepidation of rolling up his sleeves, its rare one sees anything with shorter sleeves or legs, and he seems to always cover most if not nearly all of himself up, with white wraps hiding his arms, and a penchant for a few favorite green turtlenecks, and when working a mask to cover his nose and mouth.
Small preferences and adornments mark Seth as well. Henna frequently spirals across one if not both of his arms, generally of his own doing. Scars trace his limbs and chest, most scratches that follow lines, a couple over his chest more rounded or jagged bursts. Small piercings mark his ears, rounded and simple, generally emerald. Glasses are generally tucked into a shirt or jacket pocket or else stashed elsewhere on his person, adorning him only on occasion while reading, his travel pair rimless while his home pair has green slim rims.

PERSONALITY
Distant. Cold. Dispassionate. Secretive. Serious. Quiet. Severe. All these words Seth has heard time and time again when others are asked to describe him. Often he has been told he looks lonely, but he never seems to notice this until someone points it out. Detached is what he has often been told he is like, and he has made little attempt to argue or dispute that observation. In large part, because he feels it is true, much as he knows and believes most of what others judge him as to be either accurate qualities to assign to his person, or accurate in certain lights of his behavior and natural assumptions and designations.
However, if asked himself to describe what he is like himself, Seth has very little to offer beyond basic facts. He's a trainer. He's a hunter. He's an agent. He is efficient and dedicated. Calm, collected, logical. He attacks things directly and when given a task takes it up with a removed determination to complete it in the most effective manner. Patience and reasoning are his tools, and he finds most physical problems to be solvable with them, logic finding a way where emotions and politics and other social conventions or mental barriers limit the mind. He does whatever job is given to him in whatever manner gets it done the best. He is determined to do his job as an agent as effectively as possible, has a passing interest in challenging the trials and perhaps also the league, and a scientific passion to research pokemon: to understand how to train and raise the strongest and loyalist ones and how to bring out the strengths in each to make them the most effective and powerful.
But it doesn't take much to realize Seth's answer to a question such as that seems almost to avoid it entirely. He knows what he does, but could not truly answer when someone were to ask who he is. He always seems to be slightly restless in this manner, always searching for answers and trying to find out more about the world, especially its creatures. He is endlessly patient and intelligent, capable easily of learning and memorizing whatever is put before him and seems constantly to be reading, either to fill the time, or to study, and often seems to have projects stacked up from both his work and personal ordeals. Indeed he seems to always seek to fill his time with some sort of activity, if no task lays before him he sets himself one, and when none are available he will often meditate or think until he can find or be given something. He is comfortable in peace and silence despite this though, enjoying time to himself even if he seems to be unbothered and accepting of work under pressure or being overloaded by assignments.
However, something that is obvious to the most casual of observers or any who spend time around him, is the withdrawn and decidedly anti-social manner of Seth. Much as his chosen nickname and one of his more favored pokemon types, Seth tends to have a habit of being a ghost, never really there and always vanishing. He interacts little and says even less, avoiding most social situations and slipping out of them as soon as possible when they spring upon him. When no such option is available he tends to either lurk in the backgrounds or else tackle whatever speaking he needs to do immediately, and in conversation one will find him straightforward and blunt to the point of being often considered rude by others, and he makes little to no attempt to retain social niceties or make friends when interacting with others. For this reason few come to know him well or like him, he is reclusive and even in conversation remains distant.
Some even think Seth to be intimidating. Certainly, he has a way of looking past or through people, and his unmoving figure looming over them, stare intense and unblinking, voice monotone and uncaring... certainly it is enough to throw off some, and if not, then his eerie lack of emotion and secretive manner can unsettle. Permanently unsmiling, very little seems to ever provoke a reaction from Seth, and even less an actual emotion. Though he gets annoyed with barriers or delays and will grow cross when forced to deal with people or situations aggravating to his tolerance or senses, and though he has certain environments and things he enjoys, almost nothing can actually seem to make Seth happy or angry, or really any other noticeable emotion. It takes someone who knows him very well to tell his mood at all, and to most, it seems he exists in a single state of poker-faced neutrality, with a level gaze, straight-lipped mouth, and soft but strong monotone rumbling voice. He has a commanding aspect about him, and combined with his size, seems to exhibit an aura of danger, as though his silent straight visage hid dark secrets. Certainly his seeming lack of empathy or sympathy for any around him might reflect this, he cares none for social intrigue or the complex web of how relationships work, and seems never to really notice or care about the feelings of others save to sometimes realize them enough to grow deeply interested in them, still always objective and removed, seeming to help people more out of mechanical action then actual care, and hurt people with a dispassionate removal, often seeming to comment cruelly towards weakness or clumsiness and offering no warmth to any, focused wholly on his work and improving himself.
It's not really that Seth is cruel by nature, however, just that he is not kind by nature either. He struggles to understand how people act, and simply often fails to connect emotions to actions and how people react and how it affects their well being and life. He has no grasp of moralities, doing his job out of a necessity and with almost religious dedication, and is clueless of social customs and manners, of cues, though he can read body language surprisingly well he isn't the best at figuring out what to do with it. This leads him often to avoid it altogether, though he will find excuses at times to be nearby others to watch them and study their interactions. In some ways he manages to replicate some of it, and indeed with those he is close with he will often grow more relaxed even if he fails to really show affection, and to his pokemon he takes his profession seriously and tries to bond with them as well as rigorously train them and test them to their limits, but often finds himself unable to return their feelings or sympathize with their struggles beyond caring for them, working them, and preparing them as well as he can.
However, often Seth is deeply driven out of avoidance of himself. He is always trying to understand others to try and justify and understand his own existence, but when questioned his rather dark nature and his less than moral practices, and when confronted with challenges to his nature he tends to get truly aggressive and deny it. Truth is, he is always afraid that in his search to be stronger and in his insistence on duty, the truth is he is in the wrong and just a monster, making him only more determined to continue his path in resistance to this.
But in the end, in many ways, Seth is very human-seeming as well, and quite... normal. He's OCD and insists on neatness in his surroundings and having organized plans, controlling every part of his life. He lives very spartan and cooks his own meals mostly, believing most foods that others eat and commercial things to be disgustingly unhealthy, and is easily irritated by others habits to the point of forcefully insisting on cooking meals that are healthy, and if forced to remain in messy place for an extended period of time, on cleaning it up. He avoids smoking for the same reason, and rarely drinks, and never has enough to get drunk. He hates people touching him, but is surprisingly easy to tug along or pushover when there isn't an immediate line of work in front of him and is rather passive most times, and willing to help in anything needed. He is self-taught in a variety of hobbies, and it's not uncommon for him to find new ones, being skilled in real life sketching, cooking, and gardening.
BACKGROUND
Seth grew up in an orphanage along with a group of other kids in White Forest, Unova, though he has reasons to believe he likely wasn't born there. It hardly mattered though, that was the home he knew, with no parents, only the keepers and staff of that humble sanctuary for those kids without home or family. Oddly enough, he was never really bothered by the idea that he had no parents, he didn't know if they had died, abandoned him, a mixture, or some other strange circumstance, but in the end, it didn't matter to him. It made no impact on his life, either way, he was where he was and they were not here after all, so what difference did it make that they were not there? He did not miss them and did not care where they were. Often he wondered if this was strange, for indeed many of the other kids often wanted to find their parents or their home or wanted to know what happened, why they were here, but he never found it important, thereby he saw no reason to attach importance to it.
What was more important was studies. Was learning letters and what pokemon were. Was learning how to read, how to write, and the types and natures of pokemon. Type charts, math, items, and science. He took up art classes and found a skill in pencil drawings, though he only could ever really work well in realism on things before him in form or picture. Crafts, in general, agreed with patient hands and eyes for details, comfortable with tedious repetition. More then that though, Seth had an interest in pokemon. In their strength and almost mystical powers. And, though he did not investigate it as passionately since he found it much more difficult to understand and approach, in people.
Growing up, however, he would spend more time in the books than in on hand experiences. Between being forced to stay within boundaries and his own difficulties in projecting the emotions and social gestures others did, he found himself at odds getting along with pokemon and people alike, his nature more shut off and cold, calculating where others were emotional, dispassionate where others were loving or caring, heartfelt or desperate, apathetic where others wanted sympathy. Many of the other kids shied from him, he didn't ever say much and proved either too intimidating or else too strange for them. And several times, when startled or approached wrong he ended up quite quick on his feet and vicious, twisting one kid arm and knocking someone else to the ground and leaving them with a bruise when they tried to surprise him. One unfortunate even got a sprained wrist, at that time Seth had begun looking into martial arts after the keepers had begun warning the kids not to go outside alone when someone tried to run away. He believed if the world was dangerous then the solution was simply to train one's self to be able to defend their person and fight back, not to hide behind the safety of others. And when his interest in training and reflexes to potential threats hurt others, he didn't understand that they were trying to have fun or joke, and he didn't understand that what he did was harmful. They had invaded his space and tried to attack him. And if he hurt them, that meant they should have been tougher, should have been better prepared, or should not have made that move at all.
Doctors said Seth was just having some trouble developing like other children. That he didn't know his limits or when to stop because he didn't understand it just yet, and he wasn't good at interacting with others because he was still adapting and learning. It was too young to diagnose him with anything yet anyways-that could only happen in his late teens when his brain would finish going through changes. If he should have been bothered by this assessment he was not really, but it did further his curiosity about others, about trying to understand what made them so different. Why they "felt" things, why they dreamed things, how they interacted with each other. In so many ways it was all fascinating, but by the same hand, it was frustrating, aggravating him to no end when he failed to grasp it or irritating him when he couldn't understand how they could be so illogical or weak, why they couldn't understand him as much.
In the end, Seth found pokemon easier to approach and connect wit. They were complicated still, but often he found them... simpler to bond with. They could be made loyal and obedient, and often they were of easier to understand natures. He would find a few people, in time he would come to learn there were always a few, stubborn enough to get to know the strange and silent child at the orphanage and he would sometimes enjoy their company, but just as often he wondered why they did not leave or found them on his nerves. They talked so much, if not with him then with themselves, and seemed to be flighty, constantly talking about new hobbies and ideas, new people, new things. They admired his success in studies, but when they asked for his help they soon wanted it no more when it turned out his idea of ideal preparation was hours upon hours of studying. They seemed to enjoy his presence for some reason, but what that was he could never guess, given his thoughts on them all being dedicated and lazy, and his habits of ignoring them or snapping at them.
Then one of them found a couple to adopt them. Another was found by grandparents and an aunt who had been searching for their parents and them for years. It became much quieter around Seth. The last one, Falker, complained of missing them and became less sociable, and he wondered why he didn't seem to feel the same. He noticed the lack of their presence, but when he asked what it was like to miss them, the words of longing, loneliness, and sorrow all felt like distant ideas floating behind him, observable, to an extent understandable, but largely unknown. He let the issue rest eventually.
Besides, it wasn't long before Falkner too was gone. A school, Falkner had just gotten in and was old enough to live on his own and separate. They moved on campus and were gone, in a different city across the region. Left to his own, Seth had peace, but he also found himself restless with the orphanage. He was beginning to stagnate. He wasn't going anywhere.
Se Seth left on his own, packing supplies and picking up a trainer card so he could request the funds to transfer out on a Pokemon Journey. From the orphanage, he would take only one parting gift, a pokemon. Savros was his name, a feebas who had long lived in a nearby pond in the forest. Untrained and weak, Savros was often largely ignored or harassed by others, people and pokemon alike, but the stubborn fish thrived regardless. The water type had been there long as Seth could remember, and if nothing else, he knew it was hardy, stronger then it seemed, and evolved into a powerful pokemon. With a pokemon and a card, all he needed was a place. He knew plenty of Unova, but he needed a different region, one broader, wider. Stellara caught his eye, renowned for its gruelingly fierce league and trials, and in an instant, Seth had a goal. If strength was the aim, this was the test. A ferry would take him there, and before long he stood upon a new region, steely gaze drinking in new sights and people for the first time with a calculating wariness.
However, it didn't take Seth long to run into trouble. Newcomers were often scouted out by Team Crux, fresh arrivals from out of region who potentially were either easy targets or loaded with valuable pokemon, and were often unsuspecting. Passing an alley, Seth was ambushed, a fresh young trainer, still in his youth and slender, a likely suspect for having good pokemon but not good at fighting back, and one that no one would miss if things got... messy or if he could be used for morph experiments.
They weren't expecting Seth to lash out with a fighter's reflexes and agility, but as soon as hands grabbed him and jerked him back, he was twisting, a foot stomping down on feet and an elbow snapping back. Someone's nose broke. They scuffled, and it was only with the effort they could subdue Seth, two of them holding him. They had pried away from his Pokeball before he could use his starter, and now that the fighting was done, one of the ones not holding him now opened it to see the prize they had gotten. It was a moment of dumbfounded surprise when a ratty dirty fish flopped onto the ground in front of them. In the end, it had been all this fighting, several bruises, and a broken nose, for a ratty weakling.
Which left them with just Seth. They couldn't leave empty-handed after all. A pocket search found him lacking in money or valuables, and several of the agents were all for either taking him to the scientists or sending him to the hospital for all the troubles. In the end, though the officer among them found he liked Seth's fighting spirit, and the unflinching calm the young trainer had even after he had been bested, his gaze calm and watchful as they discussed, having never said a word since the start of this ordeal. Seth, when asked, had no objections, to the surprise of some of the agents there. Whether they had beaten him up and tried to mug him or not, the offer was still a valid one, and Seth's questions were only of the job. What he would do, what he would be given, what assurances and responsibilities were there for him. He didn't have many conventional villainous skills, but he was an able fighter, tough as nails, and businesslike. What they did didn't phase him, who they were didn't concern him, they were offering a use for his skills, a chance for him to gain new ones, and a job with good benefits. They wanted strength, he wanted to perfect himself and seek the pinnacle of performance.
When all was said and done the officer saw to it that he was inducted as an agent, with the grudging consent of the other agents, and when Seth proved himself to have no hesitation in doing the work, from petty theft to underground deals and poaching, to dark alleys and knives, and that he had a keen mind with an unbreaking loyalty, his place was sealed, and he would find his new place in Team Crux and a common goal in searching for strength as well as a duty he could conform himself to and focus his efforts as he worked.

GENDER — Male
HEIGHT — 2' 4"
WEIGHT — 18.2 lbs (8.25 kg)

PERSONALITY — Savros has always been stepped on, but he never bemoans himself or lets it drag him down. Grit and determination are his strength, and he has found Seth to be an ideal trainer if only because Seth cares not for what one is but for what one can do. He may be weak, but he has endurance and a will of steel, and while he may not know much, he knows that greatness can rise from the mud and that the strongest are the ones who are bold and burn with a passion. Overall Savros tends to be very serious and stoic, and doesn't say much, but if there is one thing he knows, it's his drive to fight and train, and it can lead to him not really being able to interact well with others, having somewhat of a single-minded purpose that fails him in any situation where it cannot apply.
