Vain, self centered, and unpredictable are the three best words to describe Roshia. Once an aspiring young woman, hungry for glory and full of dreams, this woman is now living a life that wasn't a fairy tale in any sense of the word. 

Roshia is a woman who is well aware of the type of life she's living, and is aware of all the things she risks losing if she continues going down this path she's chosen, and yet she doesn't care. Roshia is an apathetic person, who cares little about other people or consequences of her actions. She jumps into situations without thinking them through all the way a lot of the times, but she's probably at her best when she's in a situation where she has to think on her feet. 

Obviously, Roshia is an intelligent woman, but she also thinks big. She can be quite the drama queen, exaggerating her accomplishments, and just about anything she does. Roshia thinks highly of herself, and lets everyone know that she's the best thing since sliced bread and that no one has the right to stand in her way. 

Roshia is as cruel and sadistic as one can be. Pokemon, people, it doesn't matter who or what, because she's one big bully. She's not stupid, though, and when facing a foe she knows she can't win against, she up and high tails it out of there. She's a total coward, though she doesn't seem like the traditional coward. She never huddles in the corner, though at times she can appear nervous. She mostly just uses unfair tactics to get what she wants.

That being said, she may be a crook, but she's good at her job. A coordinator in disguise, people have yet to recognize that she's of any sort of real threat. She only expresses her affiliation with Team Crux through her alter ego, Phantom Empress, in which she's notorious for using the abilities of her Ghost Type Pokemon, such as Litwick, to escape the police when there's no other option.

Roshia is a manipulative woman who knows how to push just the right buttons to get what she wants. She's an actress, and always has played up a great performance. Though she's far from a nice or decent person, she can play a nice and decent person, and at times has even played the role so well she even fools herself for split seconds. 

Roshia, at times, has a special place in her heart for Pokemon she owns, but for the most part she treats her own as well as anyone else's. Also, it doesn't matter all that much because she doesn't care about them enough to give them their own personalized name. She may receive multiples of one species and she'd just give them a number. Roshia doesn't take the time to get to know each Pokemon's personalities or likes, nor does she spend any quality time with them. With the exception of Litwick, none of her Pokemon come out of their ball until she needs them, or she has to feed them. Even then, it's only so that she doesn't have the hassle of having to hide a Pokemon's body.

Roshia is also very slothful, and if she can make anyone else do a task for her she will. If someone doesn't meet her demands, she'll make their lives miserable. She may be capable of pretending to be a polite and decent person when she needs to be, but she also has quite the temper when she doesn't need to put up an act.


Roshia grew up in high society and prestige with parents who thought the world of her.

Her parents constantly told her that she was going to be something big one day, and that she would change the world! Roshia was your typical little girl with big dreams, and of course she ate the words of her parents right up and asked for seconds and thirds.

MOVE LIST — 

Ember: A special Fire Type attack, Litwick sends small embers of fire at the opponent, and the attack does minor to moderate damage. This move also has a chance to burn any foe once every ten turns, unless the Pokemon is a Fire Type, or  otherwise has an ability that prevents burning.

Astonish: A physical Ghost Type move, Litwick unleashes a ghostly aura at the foe in order to terrify them, giving them minor damage unless this Pokemon is a Normal Type or otherwise has an ability that makes the opponent immune to Ghost Type Attacks. Astonish also has a chance to cause flinching once every seven turns if the Pokemon doesn't have an ability to prevent flinching.

Minimize: A status move in which Litwick compresses his cells in order to shrink to a smaller size, which increases his evasion. However, using this move causes Litwick to be susceptible to certain moves, like Stomp, which can bypass the lowered accuracy and do double damage.

Smog: A special Poison Type attack, Litwick blows out a toxic smoke out of his mouth at the opposing Pokemon, doing minor damage. The attack has a chance to poison the opponent once every six turns, unless the Pokemon is a Poison type or otherwise has an ability to prevent poison.

Heat Wave: A special Fire Type attack, Litwick uses the fire on his flame to try and scorch his opponents to give them heavy damage. The attack also has a chance to burn the opposing Pokemon every one in ten turns, unless the Pokemon is a Fire Type or otherwise has an ability that prevents burning.

PERSONALITY — Litwick is a sadist by every sense of the word. He loves to see other Pokemon in pain just because he thinks it's fun, and pretty much hates everyone with the arguable exception of his Trainer. Litwick definitely respects his Trainer enough not to mess with her, but there are plenty of moments where he can't stand her. The only reason he does what she says is because there will be dire consequences if he doesn't do them. Litwick likes to remain invisible almost at all times, unless his Trainer calls upon him. Litwick can be quite the angry and rage filled Pokemon, and will go to great lengths to get back at those who wrong him. Litwick is a conniving and manipulative Pokemon who is able to use his innocent and unassuming appearance to get his way. He is not one to be manipulated easily, but he is instead influenced by fear. Another trait he shares with his Trainer is the fact that he's a coward. If he feels he's in a situation where he'll be in a lot of pain, he'll ditch Roshia without a second thought. Litwick is a destructive Pokemon who wants to burn down as much stuff as possible.
