Info - Darcy's a bit of a late bloomer in the Pokemon world, only leaving home recently to start a Pokemon journey in Stellara. A native of the countryside surrounding Goldenrod City in Johto, he worked at the Day-Care and helped at his mom's clinic for most of his teen years while his four older siblings got to do journeys and find careers. Oh, and he left home to kind of chase a boy.
Friends - Darcy might be shy at first, but he's reliable and kind to a fault, and kinda gullible. If you can get past awkward silences on his part and the occasional stammering in social situations, you'd be surprised what you can learn from him. Bonding points would be Pokemon raising strategies (especially for Fairy types), fiction and folklore collection, and people capable of dealing with the somewhat snotty personality of his Popplio, Diva.
Love Interest - Darcy's carrying a flame for an Alolan man named Lime, currently 20 years old. Debating making a Want-Ad for him or not. Lime's personality was a bit opposite of Darcy's, loud and boisterous to the shy and retiring Pokemon breeder's attitude. It's a case of opposites attract, and the fact Lime was his first kiss and the one who gave him Diva's egg meant a lot to Darcy. Even though the rational side of his brain tells him that what they had might well be dead, Darcy goes on a Pokemon adventure for the chance to run into Lime again someday. Darcy's obviously not into girls, and it would be an uphill battle for any guy who tried to get him to forget Lime.
Enemies/Antagonists/Rivals - Someone as gentle as Darcy doesn't exactly make enemies easily, but it's always a possibility if he runs into someone particularly loathsome. Rivalry between trainers could be fun though, especially with other type specialists.
