PERSONALITY- This Rhyhorn is pretty much the equivalent of an excitable, playful dog. If he sees someone he likes and recognizes he'll run up to them, more often than not bowling them over (but careful not to do so in a way that would hurt them) and lick them. While loyal to his trainer, he can, well, be a bit thick so to say. He has trouble critically thinking a situation and would rely on others to command him properly so he doesn't hurt himself. But on the whole, he enjoys things that involve movement, fun, and activity, but he can be a little bit aggressive or avoidant to pokemon bigger than him. He gets along perfectly fine with smaller pokemon for the most part though.

Elekid comes off as harmless and will often raise his arms as if for a hug, only to shock the unsuspecting victim and run away, giggling. It will then return moments later and apologize, as it hates for anyone to be mad at it. It's not a big fan of battling and will cower behind its trainer if sent into battle, refusing to participate. It will take a firm and patient person to convcince this little one to be brave.
