About the Saiph City Gym
The Saiph City Gym is famous for it's plays and it's haunted houses. It's rarely open for any other reason but Gym Battles, but playwrights often stop here to create a full, rounded experience on the floating platforms in the center while spectators watch from all angles. The haunted house bit can be seen from their favorite times of the year or by riding the elevator to the Gym. After a simple elevator ride where the lights blow out, you find yourself at the basement floor, which seemed to take forever to arrive to. Upon looking around from the elevator, tons of glowing, red eyes are staring you down to strike you fear. As one leaves the elevator, the eyes scatter and disappear, leaving the only light to be a spotlight that follows you to a platform, in which you're lifted up to the skies and find yourself in a fire-lit arena, perfect for a spooky battle in the sky!
Mechanics of the Gym
Leon takes respect in traditional 1v1 style battles. Combat will follow as one Pokemon battling another, simple. Where things turn is that when that battle is concluded between those Pokemon, the trainer must swap Pokemon, as will the Gym Leader. No Pokemon may be used twice. EVER.
