Even if Blaire offers solid advice, she’ll almost certainly avoid following it if she can come up with a different strategy.
She’s quite determined and passionate, and too stubborn to give up on much of anything. Though she tries not to show it, being incapable of speech causes her a lot of self-doubt and anxiety, and her main goal is to find a way to restore her voice, even if the only ideas she has about doing so are far-fetched and incredibly dangerous. She’s more than willing to put others at risk with her ideas, however; even if their team grows, she has little moral issue with using Blaire or another teammate if it benefits her in the end. She might not be overly friendly or affectionate, and she might be more irritating than endearing most of the time, but she cares for Blaire in her own way, and would defend him with her life if the need ever arose.
Her arrogance and pride only seem to have grown upon evolution; opposable thumbs and a boost to height and power do wonders for one's self-worth. Despite having some flaws and failures when choosing her own strategy in a fight, she still finds it difficult to take Blaire's advice. She's also developing a rather close bond with Zero, the Deino upon Blaire's team. SHe thinks the physical power the Deino possesses is a nice balance to her long ranged, special attacks, and she respects the confidence and ability the dark dragon has as well. She's working on a battling system with the Deino where she uses telepathy to help the blind dragon more accurately find their opponents, and the two seem to do a fairly good job when it comes to terrorizing the rest of the team.

She tends to remain quiet, though when words do leave her, they're often cryptic and laced with a superstitious sort of undertone. There's something highly spiritual about the small vulpine -- she's often seeing engaging in tiny rituals, such as mild prayers, to various legendaries, be it for luck or some other blessing. Superstitious behaviors find their way into other aspects of her life as well, and a lot of her rituals seem focused around invoking luck or keeping bad luck away.
Despite her eccentric beliefs and behaviors, and her cryptic conversations, she's actually rather pleasant to be around. She seems surprisingly calm even in the face of adversity and danger -- it takes something truly incredible to phase her and cause her to betray an emotion that isn't calm acceptance. Though not an overly affectionate Pokemon in actions or words, she does care for her friends, and is always keeping an eye on them, just in case she has to jump to their defense. She isn't one to instigate fights, but she's more than capable of finishing them, especially if she views them as harsh or unfair. Justice is quite important to the Eevee, and those who prey on weaker, less-fortunate Pokemon earn the full extent of a slow-to-build wrath. Perhaps this is the reason why she tends not to get along with Blaire's Deino and Fennekin; she simply can't bring herself to see eye-to-eye with bullies and manipulators.
She has an odd fascination with the night and holds the moon in as high a regard as the gods she communes with -- almost anyone could see that she's likely going to evolve into an Umbreon once the time is right. Anything's possible, however, and, though she has an affinity for darkness, she's not completely deadset on this choice in evolution. While she would prefer it, if fate has a different plan in store for her, she isn't going to fight against it.
