Yuki Hayakawa is a person with a past shrouded in mystery and prefers to keep it like that. He rather not let anyone know about his previous criminal activities in Orre, his home region unless he himself is willing to talk about it. He wasn't proud of himself for resorting to becoming a criminal, but found it necessary in order to get by in life. Nowadays, he seems to have no trouble with being affiliated with criminals. However, he doesn't see himself as a completely bad person in his own definition of the word.

Yuki is very humble and kind despite being apart of a criminal group. He doesn't act coldly towards strangers unless they do something to annoy or piss him off. At the same time, he has no problem hurting or injuring other criminals or police while on the job.

Yuki loves his pokémon as they are his family. While his training methods are brutal, he doesn't go to a length where his Pokémon will gain permanent damage and shows restraint at times. He often has clashs with his Kangaskhan over the fact that she doesn't like letting her baby out of her pouch. He often tries getting her to be less paranoid about the safety of her child, but she hardly budges.




Yuki Hayakawa was born in Pyrite Town located in the dessert waste land known as the Orre region. Yuki's father worked in the coal mines with most of the other men while his mother stood home to take care of Yuki. Yuki's father died in a mining accident when he was still in his early childhood. His father's death wasn't the first for the town's mine, but would be the last. Because of the large amount of deaths that occurred due to mining accidents, the mine were forcefully closed due to safety hazards.

Thoss who lost their jobs because of this struggled to make ends meet which including Yuki and his mother. His grandfather was unable to help due to being bound to a wheelchair from a previous mining accident. With no other choice Yuki's mother took lones from a local crime group in order to support her remaining family. Yuki was forced to work for said criminal group in order to pay back his mother's debt.

Yuki worked for the gang for most of his teenage years, but left after his mother was killed by a rival criminal gang. Wishing to cut all ties from the region, he set sail on a boat for a different region to call home with his grandfather's Kangaskhan as his only reminder of his roots. His grandfather died from natural causes so the motherly pokémon didn't hesitate to come with the teenager.

PERSONALITY — Minerva like all other Kangaskhan is extremely protective of her baby. She rarely allows the baby to leave her pounce and doesn't allow it to wander very far when it does leave it. She is also shown to be very violent towards anyone who even glances at her baby. Her trainer is aware that this is apart of her nature, but still tries to get her to be less protective. This often results in clashs between the two. Minerva is a very anti social pokémon when it comes to people other than her baby and her trainer. However, she is very proud of her strength and often makes sure everyone who battles her knows it.
