Diana stands at a total of 5 foot 8 and looks like she had been surviving in the woods for years, as she basically had been. Against her personal wishes on her appearance, she has a bit of muscle. It's not too bulky, but you can definitely see it. They're very defined. Her hair is bleached white from its original blue, both because she likes it and because she doesn't want to be recognized by her family or people she had known. Her eyes are a dark blue, which holds the sights of pain beyond what someone her age should really see, but also holds a spark of joy that tends to overshadow this.

Her hair isn't super long, it goes down to chin length but it's very messy and all over the place, an untamed jungle like a mop that lays upon her head. She has a scar on her right temple, resembling a burn mark from her worst psychic implosion, so bad that the bolt of psionic energy could be seen by the naked eye as it burned her. Luckily while it is bad enough to notice, it's not bad enough to notice unless she was being careless or the other person is observant.

Her preferred attire is sneakers with tough cargo shorts, with a decent sized backpack to hold all of her items and outdoors equipment, like her tent, traps, etc. She has a knife holder on her vest on the top left of her vest with a knife on her hip. She wears a black t-shirt underneath. During colder weather, she wears light-blue jeans and a black winter coat, with large hiking boots.


Diana isn't the kind of person who likes to hold back what she's thinking. She tends to talk first then regret things later but isn't brash enough to do it all the time. There are things that she's sensitive about, like her family and how she doesn't want people to know she ran away from home when she was 17 so she avoids it like the plague. As well, whenever she meets someone who is Psychic, she tends to spite them for whatever reason, acting incredibly bigoted, going anywhere insulting them, to denying them a commission and not hunting for them, to even outright physical abuse in some cases. This is due to her Psychic backlashes. Whether it's from jelousy or they backlashes have just made her bitter towards the notion, it has come to her (and every other psychic nearby) that she blatently hates the notion of them.

However, despite that, she IS a genuinely nice person. To normal people, she's friendly and kind and even to Psychics, she can treat well too if she's able to get around her initial hatred of them. The hatred for them really just stems from the amount of pain she feels when she undergoes pain from her own Psychic abilities, as well as jealousy due to the fact that she cannot control her own.

Her favorite pastime is tracking, whether it be Pokemon(which is her more common and preferred targets) or even people. While she has a harder time with people she CAN do it given the proper environment and tools. She loves her Pokemon like they were her real family. If her mother is mentioned, she gets beyond the average "I don't wanna talk about it" to a borderline break down, as she misses her so much.

Other then this she's happy as heck.


Diana's life started out quite fine. She was raised in a good, loving family as an only child for a long time. It was utterly average for a long time. At the age of 5 however, she began to develop Psionic abilities. She could lift things up and sometimes enter others minds. Whenever she did this to nearby Pokemon, they would freak out and attack. Her Mother was luckily a very strong trainer, where she was able to defeat all the Pokemon that had attacked Diana. Her parents knew they needed to give their daughter time to refine her abilities, but they had also wanted her to get a pet Pokemon so when she turned 13, she could go on her journey. They had learned not too long after that she couldn't affect Dark-type Pokemon. So, they had a way to both get a starter Pokemon for her and to begin to refine her abilities.

However, her parents soon learned that her mother was pregnant with another child. So, when her parents gave her her first Pokemon, a Sneasel she had also learned that she would be a big sister! She was ecstatic! So, a few months after her seventh birthday, it was time for her baby sister to be born. She begged and pleaded to be allowed into the room with them. Eventually, they conceded, and let her sit a bit behind her mother.

However, during the birth and her mothers screaming (something her father told her would happen and was fine), she began to scream about something being wrong. The Doctor ignored her, saying everything was fine and the pain was normal.

Her mother died in childbirth.

Diana saw and when her sister was born, had tried to talk to her mother in her mind, a skill she had just started to get good at. When she couldn't feel her mind, she began to panic. Since she didn't know how to check, she demanded the doctor check and do something. The doctor, having just assumed she had passed out from the pain, had visibly paled. When he declared her passing, Diana began to freak out, and her abilities ran wild.

Her father was able to get her sister out unharmed, but the doctor was injured. The last thing the doctor saw before he had passed out was a bright, neon pink bolt of energy zap out from her head, and the child falling to the ground. She had woken up about a week later, and couldn't remember quite what had happened. When her father had filled her in, she began to sob, the pain fresh once more.

Diana and the Doctor apologized to each other, though Diana more begrudgingly then what her father had hoped, though he didn't complain. It had taken him three hours and a whole lot of ice cream to convince her to apologize. She hugged Umbriel on the whole trip home, the little weasel happily obliging.

About a week after she had gotten home from the hospital, she attempted to use her Psychic abilities again, only to learn that she couldn't access them. She felt them there, she knew she had them, but whenever she tried to use them it hurt. A physical pain in her mind and an emotional pain in her heart. After she tried to force it out, she felt the psychic backlash. To this day she believes that this mistake is what causes her recurring pain.

For the first year of her baby sister's life, she heavily resented her. She blamed her for their mother's death, but eventually, she came to terms with the fact that it couldn't have been her fault. She was a newborn at the time, and couldn't have done anything about it. She blamed the doctor now, but she never saw him again. She eventually began to treat her sister as her last connection to her mom.

As the years went by, and her recurring pain remaining, she began to grow distant from her family. She treated her sister with all the love and respect she knew her mother would have given her, but she began to fight with her father more and more. As for extended family? She hated them and they hated her, to the point that there was an unspoken ban of her at family gatherings, not that she wanted to go anyways.

During these years of family hatred, she learned that she was exceptionally good at tracking Pokemon. So she dedicated most of her time and energy into it, to the point where she could find almost any Pokemon. Almost being the operative word. She still wanted to find a Legendary Pokemon, and try and capture it, though beating it as a good second. To her knowledge, she'd be the first to find one!

At the age of 17, she left home. She took her Sneasel and some clothes, and all the money she had to her name. She survived off of her hunting knowledge, being a contract hunter who catches Pokemon for people, and sells it to them for a profit. She will work for anybody, from the average person to a parent looking for a gift for a kid, to even Team Crux. The only person that she would need to be convinced to work for is other Psychics. For whatever reason her Psychic backlash makes her resent both her powers, and those others have. She doesn't like it but she knows she can work through it, it'll just be hard.

PERSONALITY — Umbriel is, like many Sneasel, crafty. She likes to play tricks on others, but she isn't inherently mean. After a prank, she will always apologize, and let them know it was just a prank. She doesn't pull harmful ones. She loves hugs as well, especially when her trainer is in pain. When it comes to battling, she doesn't care for it too much. She'll do it if asked but won't go out of her way to it. She has to constantly fight the urge to steal Pokemon eggs from nests and nurseries. Her favorite food is eggs still, but only eats the ones given to her. She prefers raw eggs, though hard-boiled is second, and any other kind of cooked egg is third. She hates Chocolate..
